1. Our switchplates and business card cases are packaged in the clearest polypropylene available for superior product clarity.
2. We are carrying only single- and double-switch plates at this time — no outlet covers, triple (or more) switches or combo outlet/switch plates
3. We do not carry the Decora (rocker, flat toggle) style of switchplate.
4. White screws are included in each switchplate package.
5. Our switchplates fit on all standard switches.

1. All products are sold in multiples of 4.
2. There is no minimum order.
3. All products are handmade to order, therefore all sales must be final.
4. This site accepts credit card orders only. Please call 800-499-6867 to arrange other terms.
5. Net 30 terms are available to credit-approved accounts after an initial prepaid or credit card order. Please submit your credit sheet with seller's permit number, bank and trade references to our secure fax at 914-734-2256. Please allow 2 weeks for verification/approval.
6. Balances are due 30 days from invoicing date. Unpaid balances are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge after 30 days. Buyer is responsible for any collection charges, including all legal fees, on delinquent accounts.
7. Prepaid orders are only shipped upon verification of deposit of funds. A service fee of $30 will be assessed for each returned check.

1. We ship UPS Ground from Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567.
2. We do not ship every day — please allow 2 weeks for delivery. (Depending on your location and when in the shipping cycle your order is received, delivery may take just a few days or it may take the full 2 weeks.)
3. We do not offer rush (overnight, 2 day, etc.) delivery. If your need is urgent however, please call us and we can see if we will accommodate you.
4. C.O.D. orders, though not accepted by this site, can be placed by calling Customer Service at 800-499-6867.
5. Any orders refused on delivery will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
6. We sell/ship to the United States and Canada only.
