When will my order arrive? Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of your order. (Orders are shipped once a week; depending on your location and when in the shipping cycle your order is received, delivery may take a just a few days or the full two weeks.)
Do you offer rush delivery? We ship only once a week and therefore do not offer rush shipping. If, however, you have a particularly urgent need, please check in with us by e-mail (info@MetroRetro.com) or call 800-499-6867, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Which carriers are used? We ship via UPS Ground or the United States Postal Service, depending on the number of items shipped and the weight of the package.
Do you ship internationally? We sell/ship to the United States and Canada only.

How do I return an item? We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise and in your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will promptly refund the purchase price (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable). You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date by contacting us at CustomerService@MetroRetro.com or 800-499-6867 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). This number MUST APPEAR on the outside of your returned package for our shipping department to be authorized to accept it. Returns should be sent (with the RMA written on the outside of the package and original sales receipt, if possible) to:

Do you carry Decora (rocker, flat toggle) switchplates? We're sorry, but at this time, we are only manufacturing single- and double-switch plates.
Do you carry triple-switchplates? We're sorry, but at this time, we are only manufacturing single- and double-switch plates.
Do you carry outlet plates or combo switchplates? No, we are only carrying single- and double-switch plates at this time.
Will your plates fit my switches? Our plates fit all standard switches and can also be used over standard, round-knob dimmer switches.
Are screws included with my switchplates? Yes, a set of white screws is included with each switchplate.
What are your switchplates made of? Our switchplates are heavy-gauge steel, not plastic or ceramic.
What are your business card cases made of? Our Cool Card Cases are metal, with a brushed aluminum base and your choice of designer top.
